Our smart home installation service is built on years of smart-home and AV experience. We check compatibility before we start, mount devices neatly with no visible wire runs where we can avoid them, connect everything to your Wi-Fi and apps, and show you how to use it.
On larger properties we look at Wi-Fi coverage first. A camera at the end of a long driveway is only useful if it stays online.

Do you offer smart home installation services near me?
Yes. We install video doorbells, smart thermostats, cameras and smart locks in Bethesda, Silver Spring, Potomac, McLean and DC, and set up the apps before we leave.
Will a Nest thermostat work with my system?
Most forced-air systems are compatible, though some need a C-wire or adapter, and high-voltage baseboard systems usually aren't. Send a photo of your current thermostat's wiring and we'll confirm before we come out.
Can you install a Ring doorbell without existing wiring?
Yes. Battery models don't need wiring. If you want a wired doorbell where there isn't one, we'll talk through the options.
My cameras keep going offline. Can you help?
Often it's Wi-Fi coverage. We check the signal at each camera and can set up mesh Wi-Fi to fix weak spots.
Do you set up the apps?
Yes. We configure the apps, notifications and sharing with you, and make sure everything works on your phone before we leave.
