Can you work in a vacant home with a lockbox?
Yes. Send the lockbox details and any showing restrictions, and we'll coordinate access directly with you. The seller doesn't need to be there.
How fast can you turn around pre-listing work?
We're built for deadlines, often same-day, and we schedule around listing photos and showings. Tell us the photo date when you send the scope.
Can you work from a home inspection repair list?
Yes. Send the report or the agreed repair addendum items, and we'll tell you which items we handle and which need a licensed trade, such as electrical through our licensed partners.
Who do you invoice?
We can invoice the seller directly or your team. Ask about paying at closing, and we'll discuss whether it works for the transaction.
